Search for your Van

At the top of each page you can find the search bar where you can look for a motorhome or campervan which is right for you.  Use the “Pick-up\ Drop Off Location” and select the dates you are looking to travel and number of people you need to accommodate and hit search.

On the “Search Results” screen, it will show you a list of vans which match your search criteria and a map outlining where they are located.   You can narrow your search down using the filters which allow you to set additional options such as the maximum price you want to pay, what facilities you need in the vehicle and what amenities the hire comes with.

Once you have selected a vehicle from the list, you will be able to see a full set of photographs, a detailed description of the van and the owner as well as any additional features which it comes with to help you make the right decision.

Make a Reservation

Campers4All supports several methods for making a reservation.  Some hirers may want to know some more information about the vehicle before making a reservation and others may want to take advantage of our instant booking option.

To the right of each listing there is an information box where you can input your details to get an idea of how much the entire trip will cost you.  Remember unlike other rental systems which charge for extras after the booking, with Campers4All, the price you see is the price you pay!

After you have entered the travel details into the box, there is an option to contact the owner which allows you to spark up a conversation with the van owner to help you find out the information you need.  If the owner has activated instant booking, you are free to click this and complete the reservation right away.  Otherwise you can select the option to Request to Book and this will notify the owner that you have requested to hire their van.

Pay the Balance

In order to complete the reservation, you must pay the balance which is defined for the listing.  Unlike many other hiring companies, there are no hidden fees for insurance, amenities or any extras.  With Campers4All, the price you see is the price you pay!

We accept payments from most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard as well as alternatives such as bank transfer via PayPal.

If you need to cancel the booking at any time, our cancellation policy outlines the how the refund process works.

All payments are held by Campers4All until your trip is completed so you can be sure that your money kept safe.

Insurance, we’ve got you covered

Unlike other Motorhome hire companies, insurance for the vehicle you are driving is included as part of your hire fee.  This is one of our unique features of Campers4All which has proved to be extremely popular with hirers.  The price you see on the listing is the price you pay for the hire.

You will be prompted as part of the handover process to bring along your driving licence and a utility bill or other proof of address to be shared with the owner for the purpose of insuring you on the vehicle.

A refundable bond (£1000 for motorhomes & £750 for campervans) will be requested before the hire commences.  This is taken as a pre-auth only and is not actually debited from your credit \ debit card balance.  It is refunded to you within 24 hours of returning from your trip.
